Josie lives to blow things up. She takes on the “impossible,” only to charge ahead and crush it. As a realtor, Josie changes lives, one property at a time.

Raised by a single mother on Chicago’s South side, the latch-key kid not only defied the odds of success, Josie used those early lessons to create her current, methodical work ethic.

With a degree and MA in Curriculum and Instruction, this Community Leader uses her expertise to help residents revitalize their neighborhoods. Josie is doing that NOW with one of her latest “green” construction projects near the Barack Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.
